This speciality cuisine having gone through years of changes and diversification of culinary technique, has finally excogitated to a unique and nutritious dish from combination of marination, grilling and stewing entirely associating with ingredients of traditional Sichuan cooking and hot pot favor.

At Shu Jiang Grilled Fish, we have mastered this special skill of seasoning through hundreds of meticulous experimental trials using forty over Chinese herbs and spices based on the traditional Sichuan hot pot ingredients.
